Vinyasa Yoga - 4.30pm Tuesday
Cost = $15 for one class - payable in cash or bring your phone/card for tap and go. A Multi class pass is also available.
Please join me for a vinyasa flow inspired class at my home studio in Forest Glen, 4556. There is both an indoor and outdoor space available so can proceed in all weather conditions.
Bookings are necessary each week as spots are limited. You will receive a reply to confirm your place and provide you with the address. I will be updating the dates a week in advance for bookings (please see below).
8 bookings can be accepted for the outdoor area but if more than this is received we will move inside to the larger space.
Please bring your own yoga mat and drink bottle. Some props will be available for use.

If you enjoy moving your body but are looking for a less strenuous class than a full vinyasa class, this is the one for you!
